Instagram Models World Series Pictures

Instagram has about 200 million active users every month.  Most Instagram accounts feature your typical friends and family type of stuff–fun for those you know as you share in life's every day moments ( in between the selfies and the food porn).  However, there are Instagram accounts from photographers who can bring you the world like you've never  seen it before.  A few on this list are members of photography's elite, while others are just handy with their cameras and smartphones.  Follow all 20 of these Instagram Travel Photographers and you'll see the world from an entirely different perspective.

3. Jordan Oram

Oram is instantly likeable.  This Canadian is a storyteller who reminds me, philosophically, of a hobbit.   He has a real passion for food, the brewing of ale, peace and quiet, and a love of things that grow. 4. Dustin Snipes

Snipes is known for photographing sporting events and extraordinary athletes.  His Instagram also shows off his eye for patterns and shadows and "why didn't I think of that" moments, like this one below.

 5.  Cole Rise

calls himself an escape artist, and he clearly weaves his escapism through his camera.  He is a world traveler who makes the world a dreamy and magical-looking place.

6.  Darryll Jones

Jones proves that sometimes the best way to see the world is through the eyes of a tiny stormtrooper.

7. Ami Vitale

14.Jussi Ulkuniemi

Ulkuniemi is based out of Finland.  His photos may turn your world upside down.  These days he and three friends are photographing their way from Finland to Vietnam.

15.Vik Muniz

Muniz is a New York resident who hails from Brazil.  His world brims with color.  And pasta.

16.Dirk Bakker

Bakker lives in Amsterdam and he is in love with his city.  He showcases it in terms of lines, patterns and reflections.

17. David Guttenfelder

18.The Go Between Goat

This photographer's true identity is well-hidden, says she was born in Seattle.  She has traveled to over 30 countries, sometimes stopping to stay and live for awhile. Currently she is a humanitarian aid worker in Afghanistan armed with an iPhone and a Canon.

19. Jacob Maentz

Maentz joined the US Peace Corps in 2003 and now makes his living as a photographer residing in the Philippines.  If you want to visit far away lands that are more on  the remote side and less on the touristy one, Jacob will take you there.

20. Dan Bailey

Bailey brings the expanse of the largest state in the Union to your Instagram feed.  Dan is an action figure who knows how to pilot a plane and likes cookies.
